Registration Forms

This year registration is completely online.

Registration starts January 6, 2010

Any registration received after 2/28/10 will have a late fee of $25.00 charged. Any registrations after March 7,2010 will only be accepted if space available.

$45.00	T-Ball Merwood Male and Female Ages 5-6 with a birthday cut off of 4/30/10 Lives closer to Merwood Park
$50.00	Boy's Instructional Machine Pitching Instructional Division Ages 7-8 with a birthday cut off of 4/30/10
$65.00	Boy's Minors Player Pitching ages 9-11 with a birthday cutoff of 4/30/10
$75.00	Boy's Majors Player Pitching ages 11-14 with a birthday cutoff of 4/30/10
$50.00	Girls Instructional Machine Pitching Ages 7-8 with a birthday cut off of 1/1/10
$65.00	Girls Minors Player Pitching Ages 9-10 with a birthday cutoff of 1/1/10
$75.00	Girls Majors Player Pitching Ages 11-14 with a birthday cut off of 1/1/10
$90.00	Boy Senior Division Boy Senior Division Ages 15-18 with a birthday cut off of 4/30/10 Games will be played on Saturday afternoon and Sundays (Minimum of 48 players to start new Division. If we do not have enough players to form this new division a refund will be given.)
$90.00	Girls Senior Division Girls Senior Division Ages 15-18 with a birthday cut off of 1/01/10 Games will be played on Saturday afternoon and Sundays (Minimum of 48 players to start new Division. If we do not have enough players to form this new division a refund will be given.)
